Sign in on each device (PC and phone) and changes sync on their own, through your Supabase account. Records also stay on this device, so the app works offline.
Sync keeps your devices up to date. A backup file is an extra copy of everything, in your cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) or a folder, in case you ever need it. Load backup merges a file back in; nothing is lost.
Loading merges: new entries, edits and deletions from both devices are kept, newest change winning. On a PC (Chrome or Edge), the first save asks where to put the file: pick a folder your other device can reach, such as one your cloud storage keeps in sync. After that, Save writes to the same file. On a phone, Save asks where to put the file too: choose your cloud storage, such as Google Drive. Every device saves paw-ledger.json.
The file includes the microchip, licence and policy numbers, so keep it out of email and shared folders.
Removes everything from this browser and signs it out of sync. Your cloud copy and saved file aren't touched.
